About The Role
This internship is a full-time on-site role as a Business Development Intern based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Business Development Intern will involve identifying and generating potential leads, performing market research, interacting with clients regularly, and providing excellent customer service. The role will support senior team members with daily tasks and work closely with the marketing and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare proposals and marketing materials like presentations.
- Research business opportunities and provide management with information on new markets.
- Identifying potential clients by researching their industries and competitors.
- Managing and growing the company’s presence on various social media platforms.
- Creating and curating engaging content for social media.
- Monitoring and responding to social media comments, messages, and mentions.
- Developing and implementing content strategies that align with marketing goals.
- Creating and optimizing content for various digital channels, such as websites, blogs, and social media.
- Designing and executing email campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers.
- Developing and implementing strategies for global markets.
- Ensuring consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.
- Providing support to clients by answering questions about products and services offered by the company.
- Provide customer support
- Participate in product analysis and development
- Coordinating with sales representatives to set up meetings with potential clients or customers.
- Conducting market research to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Explaining the company’s products and services to clients and answering questions about offerings.
- Identifying industry trends and recommending changes to existing business strategies.
- Cooperating with the line manager for any ad hoc jobs.
Minimum Qualifications
- Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant fields.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in English communication.
- Excellent documentation & presentation preparation skills
- Adept at generating leads and business development
- A passion for market research and analysis
- Willingness to learn and absorb new information
- Must have knowledge and interest in digital marketing.
- Must be creative is solving problems and generating new ideas.
- Must have an interest in technology and innovation.
- Must be an extrovert and have an interest in building professional relationships with clients and teams.
- Advantageous if one knows the usage of tools like – Canva, Photoshop, Google Workspace, Jira, and Mailchimp.
● Salary - BDT 10,000
● Weekend: Friday & Saturday
● Internship Duration: 6 months
