About The Role
We’re looking for an experienced SEO Executive to drive our organic search strategy and significantly improve our online visibility. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive SEO initiatives across technical, on-page, and off-page optimization to increase our search rankings, organic traffic, and conversions.
You’ll work at the intersection of strategy and execution—conducting in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis, performing technical audits, building high-quality backlinks, and collaborating closely with our content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are woven into everything we do.
As a key member of our marketing team, you’ll have the autonomy to identify opportunities, implement solutions, and measure impact. Your insights will directly inform our content strategy across multiple channels, and your technical expertise will ensure our website performs optimally in search engines.

Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies aligned with business goals
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits to identify high-value opportunities
- Monitor keyword rankings, track competitive landscape, and optimize campaigns for better ROI
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices
Technical & On-Page SEO
- Perform technical SEO audits ensuring optimal site structure, performance, and mobile responsiveness
- Improve Core Web Vitals (LCP, FID, CLS), implement schema markup, and ensure E-E-A-T compliance
- Optimize meta tags, title tags, headings, URL structures, image alt text, and internal linking
- Identify and resolve crawl errors, broken links, redirect chains, indexation, and duplicate content issues
- Manage XML sitemaps, robots.txt files, and site architecture
Off-Page SEO & Link Building
- Develop and execute comprehensive link-building campaigns and outreach strategies
- Identify high-quality link opportunities through competitor analysis and prospecting
- Build relationships with webmasters, bloggers, and industry influencers
- Monitor backlink profile quality and disavow toxic links
Analytics, Tracking & Reporting
- Track and report SEO performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog)
- Set up and monitor conversions using Google Tag Manager, GA4, and other tracking tools
- Monitor website traffic, user behavior, conversion flow, and performance metrics
- Prepare detailed SEO reports, performance insights, and actionable recommendations for clients/management
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with content writers, designers, and development teams for SEO optimizations
- Provide SEO insights to inform content strategy for website, blogs, social media, and email campaigns
- Execute cohesive multi-channel campaigns and communicate SEO requirements to stakeholders
