About The Role
The Project Manager is essential for the successful completion of projects. The candidate will plan project scope, staffing, and timelines, identify risks, and develop backup plans. This role requires collaboration with management, business analysts, and technical leads. The Project Manager will work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, following industry and project management standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse projects and prepare a project plan.
- Prepare various project documents like BRD, SRS, Project Charter, Project Schedule, Project Budget, RACI Matrix, Risk & Issue Log, and more as required.
- Actively communicate with stakeholders.
- Preparing project proposals – Technical & Commercial.
- Prepare presentation slides
- Manage & monitor development projects using Agile Methodology.
- Outlining a budget based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver projects on budget.
- Performing risk analysis to minimise project risks.
- Assigning and overseeing the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones according to the developed plan.
- Conducting scrum meetings, tracking projects, and providing regular reports on project status to the project team and key stakeholders.
- Identifying and resolving project issues.
- Monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed.
- Coordinating change requests.
- Manage and adjust project scope, schedule, and budget changes.
- Reporting and escalating to management as needed.
- Lead team in meeting client expectations and project deliverables.
- Conducting post-project evaluation.
- Deliver ad hoc deliverables requested by the team lead.
